We’re STOKED to announce the launch of Wayward Food, our new section dedicated to sharing the most nourishing, delicious recipes with you! Food has always been a huge passion for both of us and integral to our healing journey so it made sense for us to include it on the site.


We’ll be sharing recipes from some of our favourite chefs and experts, with a focus on recipes that harness food as medicine, and incorporate holistic healing modalities like Ayurveda, vegan and seasonal produce.


We couldn’t think of a better person to launch with than Jody Vassallo’s ’s Ayurvedic delights from her new book The Yogic Kitchen.
