I don’t know about you, but I’m definitely finding that zen is playing pretty hard to get right now. The days seem to stretch out like decades, and quiet time – when you can find it – is often invaded by crappy intrusive thoughts, and worry about what the hell is going on right now.

But one thing that is in our control, is being kind to ourselves and taking a little self care moment. Whether you choose to do that through meditation, journalling, movement, or even a face mask, it’s not about the what but more the doing.

For me personally, practising gratitude has really helped calm the tidal waves in my brain and helped me to stay present and mindful in the moment. Just the simple act of sitting with myself and focussing on all the things that are good and well in my life takes my mind off all the things that aren’t. So, I wanted to share with you three beautiful tools that help with the process so that maybe you can find some peace too. Enjoy.

An Organised Life founder, Beck Wadworth is the queen of making beautiful, chic and considered things, and the gratitude notebook is no exception. The recently launched (with exceptional timing) lined paper notebook is the perfect accompaniment to your morning ritual. A place to journal, to dream, to be inspired and to write down all those little things you’re grateful for each day – even if it’s just that coffee is still available.

And, if someone you know needs a little extra care right now, they’ve also launched a gratitude gift set with the notebook, a Maison Balzac Bonne Nuit Scented Water Spray (with organic lavender oil for calm) and Mayde Tea Serenity blend with chamomile , lavender, rose and passionflower to support the digestive and nervous system.

Eunoia is a brand that knows a little something about rituals. With an ethos of combining skin care and soul rituals, each of their products are designing to make your morning – and your thinking – more beautiful. Each natural skin product is infused with crystal energy to amplify its effect with the desired itention. Creator, Jackie Morgan has then curated beautiful, soulful Journey Packs that transform beauty routines into self-love (and self-care) rituals by taking you on a journey each day.

And The Eunoia Gratitude Pack x Alyssum Alchemy (above) is exactly the journey you want to be on right now. It begins witht a beautiful crystal-infused organic face serum to nourish the skin, follwed by an essential oil perfume roller to help carry the intention through the day. But, also essential to the set is a specifically-selected crystal (in this case, clear quartz – the stone of healing) to enhance your intentions and a Gratitude orcale card that outlines your daily ritual, and guides you through the practice. There’s even a e-ritual that you’ll be sent via email for extra guidance.

If this journey doesn’t speak to you right now, there’s also a meditation pack, and a self-love pack , so wherever you’re at, there’s a ritual waiting for you.

If you just need a quick fix to clear your energy, or your space, pretty much nothing beats a mist. This Cedar and Stone Chakra Balacing Room and Body Mist uses palmarosa, mandarin and sandalwood essential oils to create harmony and balance out your chakras. It’s the perfect thing to spritz pre-meditation or journalling to clear your mind and set your intentions.

Or, if you need something a little harder hitting, try the No Bad Vibes Room and Body Mist or the State of Mind mist for extra calm.
